Jim likes to say that he came with the restaurant. He has been here since day one and loves the continual evolution of fourteensixteen. Growing up In the Northwestern Suburbs, Jim feels very lucky that he had all the culinary experiences available to him in and around Chicago.

While he lived all over the country, Jim will always consider Chicagoland area home. He loves the ever-changing aspect of the restaurant world. Primarily focused behind the bar, Jim loves to concoct new and interesting libations that he gladly shares with the guests. Jim loves being part of the team at fourteensixteen and looks forward to the future endeavors.
